Restless Legs Imagine that there is a large clock under the bed.  Your head is at 12. You are on your left side and your legs are pointed off the bed.  They are pointed at 4 o'clock.  The left leg is a little lower.  It's at 430.  The right leg is at 4.  The edge of the bed is around your knees.
