Restless Legs or RLS can be a killer.  Not always.  Some people experience it once in awhile.  Just enough to know what I'm talking about but not too much.  It can also be a daily menace.  A dark portal inside the body that makes life very difficult.  It's like finger nails on a blackboard and the surface is your skin.   Anyway I'm making some progress and want to write about it in case this may help someone else.  I'm not selling anything.  I just enjoy photography, poetry and living a peaceful life.   My poetry site is on the sidebar.   I live with my wife, Nonie, out here in the countryside now.  Western Virginia.  It's lovely out here.  Now that we are settled in we hope to explore it from time to time.  We're retired.   We will see how it goes here.  I've been trying to deal with RLS for 25 years and during that time managed to lead a pretty scary life at times because of...
