Old Tracks New Stacks

Old Tracks New Stacks ***

Years have left this train

beside the track while

others go

all the riders sliding by

one angel still on loan.

There are no others waiting

on the other side

except the one who built

the trains and sees

each one inside.

I cleared the seats

this time around

well known just

went away

mostly thought they did it

a train is not a car

no one really driving

voluntary bars.

Found someone who knows

old minds and cares enough to stay.

Wife a word was meant to be

cleaving not carving trays.

Thankful for the quietude

took awhile to learn

while reputation just caboosed

was bent to hell and burned.

Surprised to see this leading

to here and now not rats

nicked for sure but junked

am not and loved as well

just facts!

World at war and genocide

the track a point down there

in the distance disappearing

leads to much despair.

I am unremembered

off the track and wild

but better are the moments

here

a song may save a child.

We hadn't known each other long

when bought this little house

jumped to know and find later

just how it would turn out.

Scent of peaceful garden

mountains and old tracks

surely goodness mercy

will find each one at last.

The flute is like a train whistle

beneath the crust of earth

perhaps will start a prayer

soon

entrain us to rebirth.

Schumann Resonance

as well as bones click clack

a great dome and echoes

dells

grace keeping all intact.

Listen new rails whistles

no points just hope

new stacks

pioneers new spirit

America at last.

Waiting To Reappear

I had a state park pass that was stolen, appaently, off the mirror in my van.  It was a LIFE pass, good for geisers, who do not have enough...
